Gratitude

Hi Dee Ho; To experience deep gratitude. sit down and write a list of all the things in your life
that you are grateful for. It might be hard at first just keep trying. Keep writing until your eyes to fill up with tears. As the tears flow notice the wonderful feeling around your heart and all through the inside of you. Once you have felt this feeling remember it so that you can re-create it. This is the feeling of true gratitude.
You want to re-create this feeling many times throughout your day. In a very short time you will be able to bring that feeling into your body almost instantly.
Practice and you will get there.
Who you are determines what you attract. It is why self love if the very first step to having more energy and bliss. Love is pure energy. It is why conscious practice of gratitude will bring more things into our lives to be grateful for.
Be grateful for the things you want or will have. It will bring that thing into existence much faster. Make the process as much fun as possible. Very soon your whole outlook on life will change. Your excitement for life will be increased and your stress will decrease.
We can never bring anything to us unless we feel grateful for what we have. The fact is that if we could feel completely grateful for everything, we would never have to ask for anything, because it would be given before we could ask.
That is the power of Gratitude.
