Are You Living with Energy and Bliss?

Hi Dee Ho; So today I am going to talk about Energy. Energy can never be created or destroyed.
It only transfers from one form to another. Energy is equal to matter and vice versa.
Matter is another form of energy. The law of energy is a universal law. We can tap into this existing power, to live harmoniously with constant energy and bliss.
Our physical bodies are another form of energy. When you understand that you are made of pure energy, you can experience your life as part of this powerful force that exists in our Universe. This force is a free flowing river, that when you tap into this constantly moving force which has the power to transform your life in ways you cannot even conceive just yet.
This energy is constantly changing forms every second of everyday between people places and things seen and unseen. This energy flows out from your mind when you are thinking a thought consciously or unconsciously.
So when you allow this Universal energy to flow through you, you will enjoy a higher level of happiness and bliss. That is why happiness is our natural of being. This is how we were meant to be since we were born.
Energy attracts like energy, this is based on the Law of Attraction. Loving yourself first, you are then able to love others which in turn comes back to you allowing you to have a greater self love. Open yourself up to that love that already exists. The idea is you need to be a conduit of energy.
Loving yourself is the first step to having this incredible life force live and grow and flow through you.
Energy can be felt in many many different ways, but there are only two forms of energy in there natural state - potential and kinetic. Potential energy is stored energy and kinetic energy is energy in motion. All forms of energy fall under these two categories.
Every atom in the Universe has potential energy stored in it. Therefore every living being, plant, animal has potential energy stored in them because every living being, plant and animal is made up of atoms.
You just being alive means that you have a huge amount of potential energy. The Universe has unlimited potential energy and the same holds true for you to have your own potential for healthy, positive, love energy.
The downside for humans is that they use that potential energy in very negative and destructive ways.
